Pop music is closely integrated with peoples’ lives. It records the changing of the society and also presenting the perspective of the time. Taiwan is the core of the development of Chinese pop music. Many huge music impacts started from here. The formation of a pop music requires different majors such as lyrics, composition, and arrangement, and so does the collaboration of musicians, singers, and audio technicians. With the progression of time, the performing of music not only lies in instruments, but also more options such as computers and synthesizers. Nowadays songs that after recorded must go mixing and mastering. With the efforts of different professions in a team work, then a pop song can be born.

Taiwanese Maestros interviewed ten musicians and one recording engineer who have participated in the birth of many classic Chinese pop music, and their career also spans during campus folk song genre of Taiwanese music. The interview has presented their wonderful and rich journey with short videos and reports. Through their life experience, people can understand the interacting changes of the music industry and the time, and learn the music stories that take place in Taiwan.
